OK, this one looks like...
Blastopsocus lithinus. The pterostigma in this genus is more "half-moon" shaped than any other Psocidae. Check out the other posts and see what you think.

Right on time ...

Gotta put my thinking cap on
the discoidal cell (too narrow) and marking on the vertex don't look right for Metylophorus.
