Emerged some time in 2013 from an acorn gall collected in fall of 2011.

There were others in this rearing that looked like this:

Maybe they're the same species, since the galls were the same, though a different oak species and collection site. Evidently my gestalt for Orymus only includes females.

According to the guide page, Ormyrus is the only Nearctic genus in Ormyridae.

 
Correct
This appears certain. The UCD has a function called Regional Lists of Chalcidoids, and I generated a list for the Nearctic Region. Under Ormyfidae, the list only includes species of Ormyrus, 20 of them to be exact.
