G. quadrisignatus? - Glischrochilus fasciatus

G. quadrisignatus? - Glischrochilus fasciatus
March, Dallas County, Missouri, USA
September 1, 2013
Size: ~ 6 mm
Extracted from a Lindgren funnel trap by Jerry Wilson. I believe it's a Nitidulid, likely G. quadrisignatus? To my surprise none listed in BG from Missouri. Confirmation and ID would be appreciated.... The first one submitted should be a G. fasciatus and this one should be the G. quadrisignatus, see image of first one below:

Both are G. fasciatus
Your first pic has a bit of glare obscuring the anterior marking, but it is consistent with G. fasciatus, which in my experience is much more common.

Brad...
Appreciate the help...

It will be interesting to see what the experts say
They both seem to have the color pattern of fasciatus to us, but that's not always meaningful. Looking forward to the answer you get.

Interest too,
the first one and larger of the two has dried out more and the coloration of the patterns is a lot more yellowish in color than before. Hoping I have one of each but we'll see. Thanks again.
