Looks a little like some of the examples of Altica in the guide to me but then again the femora seems a little too small for a flea beetle.

No leaf beetle
Hi Steve,
you observed well: This beetle has about the size and colour of an Altica, but this is all - it is a small ground beetle (Carabidae). Hope others may tell you more about it :-)
