The little Tiger-striped nymphs are Melanoplus lakinus
They outgrow it as they molt. The only other species that I know of with similar coloring as a nymph is
M. tuberculatus
, but that one is in Texas, not Arizona. Could be another one or two in California, but I haven't seen the nymphs on those (?) "relatives" yet.
