Berytinus minor? - Berytinus minor

Berytinus minor? - Berytinus minor
Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA
August 10, 2013
What's going on with the wings of this rather small (maybe 5-7mm, sorry I do not have an accurate size estimate to offer up) bug? Are these newly emerged wings still unfurling? Thanks for the ID confirmation and moves. It's sitting on a leaf of Clethra alnifolia.
