Agree with Ozark
Only thing a little weird is the amount of yellow on the top of S9, but it seems to be within the range of variation. Appendages are a good match.

Ozark clubtail, perhaps
though your location is at the very edge of its range. Epiprocts aren't right for Plains, Midland shouldn't have a stripe on S9, markings are wrong for Cobra.
I'm working only from the fuzzy abdomen end shot as I can't get any detail from the other image (not a good angle, underexposed).

Of course it could be something else :-)

I got an Ozark Clubtail at the same location in mid May so you likely are correct on the ID. This location is Cherokee hill country which is close to Ozark National Forest
