not an expert, but
maybe it is more akin to something like Psaphida rolandi - Roland's Sallow - Hodges #10014

look at how the round orbicular spot is framed in black, then white, and filled with color.

No wonder I couldn't find a match in Acronita!!! Thanks for the help. Can't believe these guys are flying in this weather.
