Found at BugSwarm 2013. Pretty sure this is Neohelvibotys, but not sure about species - polingi, neohelvialis, or (my guess) arizonensis. Whadya think?

Hahncappsia sp.

Edit - I removed my first guess because it's too far out of range but see my comments here. I don't think it is that species because the st. band is too far from the outer margins of both fore and hind wings but I am pretty sure the presence of those marks place it in Hahncappsia.
