I think this is Cenopis ferreana 3720.1 but there are very few images at BG.

also look at Sparganothis sulfurea
Another possibility is Sparganothis Fruitworm Moth - Hodges#3695 (Sparganothis sulfureana).
Some seem to have a lot of orange/red on their wings, like the one in your photo.
