Found under metal old metal wash tub in by flower bed. The sun shines on it early morning and pretty much all day.

Thymoites pallidus
... maybe not. Edit: I can't see it well enough to be sure but at that estimated size she may be mature, females being between 1.5-2.9mm (Levi 1957a).
