I'm not sure this photo is adequate for an ID, it reminds me of Exitianus, but the scutellum is different. Seen at UV lights at night. Thank you for your help.

Much darker than M. suilla, the only species recorded from the USA, but perhaps a melanic form. It is so dark you can't see the ocelli on the top of the head!
