I don't know if this (1) help you but I think it can be.
The text is in German but the drawings have explanations in English.

(I don't know if ResearchGate has an English version. To ask the article to ResearchGate you need to create an account there. For that you need to be affiliated to a recognized institution and have an email address from that institution.)

Edit: I'm not sure if you know the drawings here (2), starting on page 98. But are not useful for Cicurina japonica.

Sorry, I should have deleted ...
part of the description on this one when I moved it. See the comments on this one to see why I think this is C. japonica:

Thanks for the links, I don't have an affiliation with any institution but can access the paper via the World Spider Catalog. It would appear C. japonica has unique genitalia so it's very likely that's what these are but I think I should have it confirmed by an expert. In order to do that I'd need to find more of these and send them out to someone qualified to verify it which I haven't had the time to do.

How about Exline 1936?
Here. It's on the genus page too. It seems to have quite a few drawings.

...
Yes, I looked at that one and only saw 6 palp drawings and text for less than 20 species ... the info page says there's 112 species though. O_O I have no idea about range. I guess I'll read that one and see if I can learn anything from it.

Nice
find!!
