Identified by Dr. Paul Marsh, who says the males of this genus all have a "stigma" on the hind wing. Although it is hard to tell from the aspect of this photo that that basal "stigma" is on the hind wing, the hind wing stigma can clearly be seen in one of the photos placed as Heterospilus eurostae. Given that males Hymenoptera are essentially half female, it causes me to wonder about the reason for the genetic expression of the hind wing "stigma" in males and not in females.

And an interesting one, it seems. As far as I am aware, this is the first one I have ever seen with wings having a basal gizmoid that is stigma-like.
