Hi Jim, I wonder...
why the family Cyphoderidae is missing when I browse through the guide(s pages?
I can only access these pages after a search with Cyphoderus...

It wasn't missing for me.
I accessed it in two ways: 1. clicking Taxonomy tab, 2. clicking Arthropleona, then Images tab, clicking on the end arrow, and scrolling down to very bottom of page, and 3. opening Arthropleona, clicking on Browse tab, clicking on link to page 2, and scrolling to bottom of the page.

Cyphoderidae is the final entry in Arthropleona. Is it possible that you thought you had reached the bottom of the page when in fact you had not?

My mistake...
I missed page 2... Blushing now... ;-)

Cyphoderus similis
Hi Jim. No eyes indeed. Cyphoderidae do not have eyes. Many Cyphoderus species live in the darkness of ant or termite nests, so why need eyes...?

I Don't See Any Eyes
This is a fun image 'cause it looks like its in mid-spring, flyin' through the air.
