Luciblatella lucifrons lives in Arizona.

ID
I also took a photo of one of these in AZ and recently received a comment on my flickr stream that C. lutea doesn't occur in AZ: https://www.flickr.com/photos/44150996@N06/9536619920/ and it is instead Latiblattella lucifrons. The cockroach species file: C. lutea: http://cockroach.speciesfile.org/Common/basic/Taxa.aspx?TaxonNameID=1176818 & L. lucifrons http://cockroach.speciesfile.org/Common/basic/Taxa.aspx?TaxonNameID=1177159 backs this up in terms of range descriptions.
