Monochamus scutellatus, Male.
Compare. You can just see the pure white scutellum that distinguishes this species and the super-long antennae indicate it's a male.

Nice image by the way. We don't often get a view of the countryside in an insect photo.

But which subspecies: M. s. oregonensis or M. s. scutellatus?

 
Probably M. s. oregonesis
That's the only subspecies mentioned in Evans & Hogue(1), and also on the California Beetle Database.
