Orientus ishidae
The orange band across the head and the marginal pattern of black and white spots is distinctive of this introduced species.

Looks like Paraphlepsius but not sure the species.
You may want to wait for confirmation fom Andy Hamilton. I'm not the expert either.

I don't know a lot about them either, but your photo seems to match the images of Orientus ishidae shown here. :)
