Range
North Carolina to Florida to Louisiana.
As of April 2022, a review of confirmed R. hentzi on iNaturalist indicate a range expansion to VA-MO-TX-FL.
Habitat
Often found in shrubs 60-100cm from the ground at night. (Brady & McKinley, 1994)
