Possible stupid question, but did you full size the image to see wing better?

a gentleman older than I was at the time said, "there are no stupid questions, just questions". Unobservant of me not to notice that you had posted an image with much larger than expected resolution.
OK, now I can see the disco-submarginal cell (below the leading edge, shaped like a horse head), even with two spots (like some other Enicospilus, though not required to be that genus). The 'horse head' appearance is produced by that cell extending beyond vein 2m-cu. There's an adventitious vein (in cell 3Cu) parallel to the forewing margin, also characteristic of the genus; its Enicospilus.
