Some of the barcoded images of V. serratilineella look very similar.

You have a better eye for detail than I have, or had. After carefully reviewing the images at the BOLD website, and those here at BugGuide of V. serratilineella, and of the close eastern species/subspecies V. edmandsii, in agreement with you I have moved this specimen to the western Vitula serratilineella.
