My best identification from pinned specimens on the MPG site.
Found at UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain.

I think so
P. manti
(

) occurs in Texas and maybe Oklahoma, but the bend in its PM line seems farther from the costa, and the line looks more curved than in
P. spumosum
(

,
2
,
3
, and in the second link to
manti
above).
I found photos of 13 of the 17
Plagiomimicus
species listed at All-Leps, but none of the others look close to this one, and I think the possibility of this one being one of the 4 species not pictured is pretty small.

P. spumosum
I just found out that this one is in Covell's Guide, page 138. He calls it Frothy Moth and lists it as
Stibadium spumosum
.
