7-10 miles S.E. of Sonoita; Hwy 83, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
August 24, 1977
Dorsal view. Note that the subscutellum is grey dusted...a key character for P. discalis given on pg. 19 of Stuke & Skevington (2007).

This specimen has conspicuous white pollinose "epaulets" on the humeri.
