Im confused on why this was moved before it was identified. I am new to this site and am trying to get the hang of things.. thanks!

 
Schizophora
It's infected with fungus and from this angle the remaining parts are probably not identifiable past Schizophora. The hairy thorax is consistent with Muscoidea, while the bare legs are more like an acalyptrate fly.
