First one out this year - Esperia sulphurella

I've watched for E. sulphurella adults every day near the firewood where they emerge. This specimen inaugurated the 2014 season by appearing today. It continues the trend toward less iridescence noted here in 2012:



The current image is rotated and flopped; moth was perched vertically with its head upward.
