Size: ~ 4 mm
Is this Agrilaxia flavimana or Anthaxia quercata? I'm leaning towards A. flavimana.

Agrilaxia flavimanna
I believe you are correct. I think it is A. flavimanna also. Also I think its a male. Did you collect it on Queen Anne's Lace? This species is very common on that flower.
