Moved from Dicerca. The host (oak) cinches the ID: D. tenebrica breeds in poplars. Most definitely this is not D. mutica, not that I have ever seen one in the flesh!

Looks like Dicerca tenebrica, doesn't match the type of D. mutica on MCZ's database. It would be nice if that were D. mutica, as it's extremely rare.
