Too tough for me.
Robert Zimlich provided me with a good criterion
here
but your moth makes it a tough call. Maybe lightening up your image will show it is indeed the Darker.

for your comment. I keep a list of "tips" I come across and refer to them often. I lightened my original post and added two other views. The moth was very colorful, but I kept trying to get more crispness to my photos. I finally decided the MOTH wasn't so crisp. The PM line is indistinct as are the 2 sub-reniform spots. The Paler Moodna has never been ID'd in Texas, so I think the Darker Moodna is my only hope.
