Looks like the start of a nifty cross-stitched sampler. Boy, your posts are a fine commercial for the Texas Butterfly Festival. Maybe I'll look into it for 2007.

Yes, it was a really fine event. We had, mostly, good weather, which was key. I have hardly posted any butterflies, because Will Cook and Tom Murray both visited in previous years at the same time and have given us good examples from the same locations and times. The butterflies were just spectacular--they were everywhere.

Good point about the cross-stitch. I have no talents in arts and crafts, but that certainly has possibilities.
