Moved from Hyperaspis. ID confirmed from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Lisa.

Falls into this group of species, but males are needed for species ID.

genus Hyperaspis
The smooth oval shape, without a flared "rim," and the blue eyes indicate that this is in genus Hyperaspis rather than Chilocorus. There are a lot of Hyperaspis species with the "black with two red spots" pattern, and I can't identify it further from this photo.
