One of the similar genera Hel
One of the similar genera Helophilus, Parhelophilus, or Lejops. My personal guess is Parhelophilus - the pterostigma looks distinct and I can't see the spur on the hind tibia, but since I can't see those characters very well I'm not 100% sure.
