I really appreciate your help - I would be totally lost otherwise. I've posted a another one (Photo#902144) with a longer and more orange colored abdomen and slightly different legs from nearby 2 days later, perhaps they're from the same group.

It looks like it might be related to Messatoporus, although the legs have a slightly different coloration and the antennae are not as strongly banded as other photos here on BG.

I think this may be Listrognathus.

The petiole isn't skinny enough for Messatoporus.

it's related to Rhyssa persuasoria , although the legs look different and I'm not sure if the abdomen is as long.
