Looper(?) caterpillar in South Florida - Pleuroprucha insulsaria

Found several tiny caterpillars in my Dune Sunflower (Helianthus debilis) last summer. Never found one that looked like a late-stage one until this year, so posting this one now, followed by one that might be the later-stage, and might be a different one altogether.
