Tiny white fly with black stripes - Thaumatomyia

Size: about 2mm
Small white and black fly appears to be pollinating everlasting flowers (Pseudognaphalium obtusifolium). Habitat dry, sandy ancient dune field surrounded by pine woods. Other photos available if needed.
