Eupeodes, quite probably Eupe
Eupeodes, quite probably Eupeodes (Eupeodes) volucris. The surest way to tell that I know of is looking at the presence of microtrichia on the wing (see here for an explanation and comparison) - this wing looks like it is bare in large areas, but I'm not completely certain.
