Moved from ID Request. Yes that certainly looks like a reasonable conclusion. This might help us ID them. However, it doesn't look mature, so that's a bit of a hindrance.

 
Age
I was thinking that he was likely a molt away from maturity. He was in his own orb web. I was hoping that he was a female so I could attempt some ventral shots. I'll keep looking.
