Moth - Holochroa dissociarius

Moth - Holochroa dissociarius
Austin, Travis County, Texas, USA
March 29, 2014
Size: ~4cm across
Please help me to identify this moth. It came to my brightly lit porch at about 10PM, March 29, 2014. The porch opens to a dense oak/cedar forest.
Thanks -

Thank you

Thank you, Maury.
This is the first specimen of Holochroa, which I encountered in Austin since I moved here two years ago and started photographing each night moths coming to our porch. (By the way, in the night of 03.30.14 another Holochroa arrived to us.)
