Moved tentatively based on the following Dr Korotyayev's comment
"Type series of most of Allosirocalus spp. are a mix of species, and there are at least as many undescribed species as are described, so the names aren’t worth much anyway. Call it Allosirocalus obliquus, it's close enough."
