maybe Eustala rosae
Thank you for your help. I'm thinking it would be Eustala rosae based upon the very prominent 3 dorsal posterior humps and the range. This was collected on a dry branch in a fairly dry desert area, hanging out over a major cliff, without any significant "grassland" around.
