A skipper
Note club at end of antennae which indicates a butterfly. A curved club, which this one has, is characteristic of a skipper.
Moths have either rod like or feathery complex antennae.
Although at edge of range, my guess is Female Northern Broken-dash based upon the dark color and spot bands above and below.
