Cerambycidae? - Plectrura spinicauda

Cerambycidae? - Plectrura spinicauda
Metchosin, British Columbia, Canada
April 5, 2014
This midsize beetle (perhaps ~2 cm long) was up high at a light on a school. The lights are kept on, so I'm not sure if it was attracted to the light or not. At any rate, I have very little knowledge of the various beetle families. I would be most grateful for any expertise to help identify this beast. I am guessing it's in Family Cerambycidae, but I just don't know.
