Munroe (1966) recognized two subspecies: indistinctalis and johnstoni. (1)
Size
Expanse: 21-27 mm. (1)
Range
Southern California to Alberta, and Saskatchewan. (2)
Season
The main flight period appears to be June to October.
Pohl et al. (2010) reports July in Alberta.
