Size: 4 mm
This was ID'd by Dr. Anthony W. Thomas on our local New Brunswick nature site. Found hopping around on snow, 100% sun, 12 C degrees. Not the greatest of images but can see the black colour joints on yellow legs, cinnamon wings, brown rostrum with black tip.
