Unidentified Scythridid possibly Landryia sp.
Systematics of the nearctic Scythrididae (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea)... By Landry, J.-F. Memoirs of the entomological Society of Canada. 160: 1-341, 1991
Landry, J.-F., 1991. Systematics of the nearctic Scythrididae (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea): phylogeny and classification of supraspecific taxa, with a review of described species. Memoirs of the entomological Society of Canada. 160: 1-341.
Abstract: Genera and previously described species of Nearctic Scythrididae are revised for the first time, based on the study of adult structures. About 90 percent of the Nearctic fauna known in collections consists of undescribed species. The supraspecific taxa treated in this work encompass less than half of the Nearctic species diversity. Only six new species are described, all within the largest and structurally most diverse genus.

Morphology reinforces proposed molecular phylogenetic affinities: a revised classification for Gelechioidea (Lepidoptera) By Heikkilä, M., Mutanen, M., Kekkonen, M. and Kaila, L. Cladistics 30: 563–589, 2014

Abstract here
As of 2015, this was the most current revision of Gelechioidea. A summary of the revision is found on p. 585. As of 2016, the phylogeny of Gelechioidea remains in flux with a paper published by Sohn et al. (2016) (1) adding new insights.
