Tiny Weevil on Mesquite - Sibinia setosa

Tiny Weevil on Mesquite - Sibinia setosa
San Pedro River Valley, SE of San Manuel, Pinal County, Arizona, USA
April 10, 2014
Size: approx 2.5 mm
I'm not sure if it's possible to get anywhere with this, but I'm always amazed at what you can do. Found on a branch with new leaves and forming flower buds of a Velvet Mesquite Tree (Prosopsis velutina). I thought it might be Sibinia variegata which I found nearby previously, but this is smaller and looks a bit different. I don't have any other angles on this photo. Thank you!

Mecinus linnavuorii
This is Mecinus linnavuorii not a Sibinia.
