Looks Like 5566 -- Posturing Arta Moth -- Arta statalis
B.P.

Perhaps not Arta?
I have trouble with these guys but to me this one looks like #5574 Heliades mulleolella on account of the grayish wing apex and the wiggly AM and PM lines - but I notice many of such types "posture" as Arta in the BG gallery: so, maybe my suggestion is wrong.
