Ken, this is most likely T. californicum
The location, color, pattern (i.e. no longitudinal stripes...just very narrow yellow edging on the tergites), and shape of the terminalia ... all point to T. californicum as the most likely candidate here. I saw a mating pair in Mitchell Canyon many years ago (moving around on leaves and stems on foliage at about chest height during mid-day, along a shaded "gallery-like" stretch of the trail/road).

Thanks very much Aaron!
