The Angel (Caterpillar) - Olceclostera angelica

The Angel (Caterpillar) - Olceclostera angelica
Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
Furry! From an older scanned negative. Help with ID appreciated.

Olceclostera angelica (Grote, 1864) -- The Angel ?
Check out Dave Wagner and see what you think.

Thanks, John and Jane
That looks like a good match. As always, it would be easier if the two photos were from the same angle! Mine seems whiter, but of course that may be a difference in instars, an individual difference, or even a difference in the lighting under which the photos were taken.

Thanks, John and Jane!

Moved to guide, hostplant
I've move this to the guide. I believe the cat is feeding on an ash, which is the hostplant for this species. Good show on the identification.
