Found on sandy beach under accumulated wrack (composed of rotting kelp and other marine algae) along the high tide line

luniger does look like a good guess to me...
...but the angle is not the best; a straight dorsal would be much more helpful, and a decent ventral shot showing the meta- & mesosterna is always a huge plus in this subfamily
