How is this genus recognized or separated from Psychoda? Thanks!

I believe
David J. Ferguson was putting ones like this with wings tented over abdomen and no spots here. I see J. F. Carr later started putting them in Psychoda. Perhaps he can answer that. I'll move mine back to Subfamily
